Refund policy

At House of Trendz we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We understand that from time to time you may want to return an item. Our return policy is as follows:

Online orders can be returned for exchange or store credit only.  Returns/Exchanges must be within 5 days of receipt of your order. Items must be unworn with original tags free of any smoke or stains. If we are unable to exchange an item for a different size a store credit will be issued to your account.  Store credits never expire! 

All sale items, Jewelry and Lifestyle Spa Products are Final Sale and not returnable or exchangeable. 

Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. 

Contact our office for a Return Authorization number prior to returning any item. Any item without a return authorization will be shipped back to you at your expense. Email us @ shophouseoftrendz@gmail.com
